The Customer Service Attention takes the responsibility of the procedure of the protests / complaints related to the Aministración Portuaria´s rendering of services, and we guarantee an efective answer to your problem. Likewise, the Customer Service Attention will receive any protest/complaint about the services given by the Port Community entities, acting as a link with them.
